Sanolium successfully issued new senior secured bonds of SEK 1,000m

Sanolium AB (publ) (the “Company” or “Sanolium”), being the parent company of the Cambio group, has successfully issued senior secured bonds (the “New Bonds”) in an initial amount of SEK 1,000 million.

The New Bonds were issued under a total framework of SEK 1,500 million, carries a floating interest rate of 3m Stibor + 400 basis points and has a five-year tenor. The settlement date of the New Bonds is expected to occur on 15 March 2024. The issue of the New Bonds saw strong demand from a broad base of Nordic and international institutional investors and was significantly oversubscribed. Sanolium intends to apply for admission to trading of the New Bonds on the corporate bond list of Nasdaq Stockholm.

DNB Markets, a part of DNB Bank ASA, Sweden Branch (“DNB”) acted as sole global coordinator and joint bookrunner and Carnegie Investment Bank AB (“Carnegie”) as joint bookrunner of the issuance of the New Bonds. Advokatfirman Cederquist acted as legal advisor to the joint bookrunners and Roschier Advokatbyrå acted as legal advisor to the Company.
