SAS koncernen meddelar om förändringar i den finansiella kalendern med anledning av den föreslagna nyemissionen

I samband med den pågående processen och förberedelserna för den nyemission som SAS koncernen annonserade den 9 februari 2010, kommer SAS koncernens finansiella kalender för våren 2010 att ändras enligt följande: • 5 mars, februaris trafiktal offentliggörs (oförändrat datum) • 12 mars, SAS koncernens årsredovisning offentliggörs (oförändrat datum) • 30 mars, finansiell uppdatering om januari-februari kommer att offentliggöras - För att ge marknaden uppdaterad finansiell och operationell information inför nyemissionen har SAS koncernen beslutat att publicera en sammanfattande uppdatering av det finansiella resultatet för de två första månaderna i 2010. - Rapporten kommer att innehåll nyckeltal för SAS finansiella utveckling och en uppdatering om genomförandet av Core SAS strategin, framför allt kostnadsprogrammet. • 7 april, årsstämma • 9 april, mars trafiktal offentliggörs (oförändrat datum) SAS koncernens månadstrafik kommer under 2010 normalt att offentliggöras den femte arbetsdagen i början av varje månad kl 11.00 (CET).
