Simris Alg announces change of Certified Adviser to Amudova and termination of liquidity guarantee service

Simris Alg AB hereby announces that the company has entered into an agreement with Amudova AB regarding the service as Certified Adviser. Amduova AB will be appointed Certified Adviser (CA) on July 20, 2022. Up until then, Mangold Fondkommission AB will continue to act as Certified Adviser for the company. Simris Alg AB has also decided to terminate the agreement with Mangold Fondkommission AB regarding liquidity services. The final day with liquidity guarantee will be October 18, 2022.
