Redeye: Sivers IMA - Temporary problems, but long-term case intact

Sivers IMA delivered a disappointing Q4 report with both sales and earnings well below our expectations while also providing a negative update on the Chinese FTTH market. The company has at the same time strengthened its long-term case through announcements of several recent 5G deals, and we remain confident of its ability to show high long-term growth. We have, however, reduced our 2019 and 2020 estimates based on the updated outlook, which results in an updated fair value in our base case.
