Skyways continues operation with new international owners
Avia Express AB has been acquired by the asset management company Manswell Enterprises Limited and secured financing for the continued commercial operation of Avia Express under the brand Skyways.
In January 2009 Skyways Express AB was divided into two separate companies. Avia Express AB under the management of Lars-Åke Bertilsson continued as the Airline company and Skyways AB was started as a marketing company selling and marketing the brand Skyways.
Effective December 1, 2010 the operation, sales and marketing of the airline will again function as one unit under Avia Express AB and continue the use of the well know brand Skyways.
Skyways will focus on the Swedish domestic market but will also initiate international routes.
