Observit AB, former subsidiary of SpectrumOne AB, postpones planned listing

Observit AB, a former subsidiary of SpectrumOne, has decided to postpone the planned listing of its shares. On May 20, it was announced an expected first trading day during q3 2022. Since then, market conditions have deteriorated significantly.

Due to the equity market turmoil, the company does not consider the present conditions to be favorable for a positive development of the share with satisfactory liquidity. As a result, it has been  decided to postpone the listing of the shares. The aim now is to start the listing process and have the first day of trading of the Observit AB shares by the end of q4 2022.

“Listing the Observit AB under current market conditions would be a high risk. In the best interests of our shareholders, we have decided to postpone in order to give the listing better conditinos for a positive development and attention of the Observit share”, Fredric Forsman chairman of Observit AB commented.
