ESEN eSports AB:s (“Bolaget”) aktie har sedan 19 maj 2020 handlats på Spotlight Stock Markets observationslista med hänvisning till att Bolaget inte bedömdes uppfylla Spotlights noteringskrav avseende erforderlig kapacitet för informationsgivning till värdepappersmarknaden.
Med hänvisning till det pressmeddelande som ESEN eSports AB offentliggjorde idag 12 februari 2021, ”ESEN eSports AB genomför förändringar i syfte att stärka sin kapacitet för informationsgivning”, och de åtgärder som Bolaget vidtagit för att säkerställa erforderlig kapacitet för informationsgivning har Spotlight beslutat att återföra Bolagets aktie (ESEN) till Spotlights ordinarie lista från och med idag, den 12 februari 2021.

Since May 19, 2020 ESEN eSports AB’s (the “Company”) share has been traded on Spotlight Stock Market’s observation list since the Company was assed to not fulfill Spotlight’s listing requirements with regards to the necessary capacity to provide the market with correct, relevant, clear and non-misleading information.
With reference to the press release published by ESEN eSports AB today February 12, 2021, ”ESEN eSports AB genomför förändringar i syfte att stärka sin kapacitet för informationsgivning”, and the actions taken by the Company to assure that they have the necessary capacity to provide the market with correct, relevant, clear and non-misleading information Spotlight has decided to transfer the Company’s share to Spotlight Stock Market’s ordinary list as of today February 12, 2021.
