FluoGuide A/S flyttas till Observationslistan för att senare avnoteras från Spotlight/FluoGuide A/S will be transferred to Spotlight Stock Market’s observation list and later delisted

Med hänvisning till FluoGuide A/S:s (“Bolaget”, “FluoGuide”) pressmeddelande “FluoGuide announces approval for listing on Nasdaq First North Growth Market Sweden on the 24 February 2021” offentliggjort den 5 februari 2021 kommer Bolagets aktier att avnoteras från Spotlight.
FluoGuide har ansökt att avnotering av Bolagets aktier ska ske den 15 februari 2021. Sista dag för handel på Spotlight har därför bestämts till den 15 februari 2021. Anledningen till det fastställda datumet för avnotering är bolagets byte av värdepapperscentral inför notering på ny marknadsplats.
Med anledning av att bolaget ansökt och beviljats avnotering kommer bolaget aktier att placeras på observationslista.

FluoGuide A/S will be transferred to Spotlight Stock Market’s observation list and later delisted
With reference to FluoGuide A/S:s (the “Company”, “FluoGuide”) press release “FluoGuide announces approval for listing on Nasdaq First North Growth Market Sweden on the 24 February 2021” published on February 5, 2021 the Company’s shares will be delisted from Spotlight.
FluoGuide has applied for the delisting to occur on February 15, 2021. Therefore, last day of trading on Spotlight has been decided to February 15, 2021. The reason for the determined date is that the Company will change Central Securities Depository before listing on a new trading venue.
Since the Company has applied for and been granted delisting the Company´s shares will be moved to the observation list.
