Spotlight Stock Market (”Spotlight”) har beslutat att handelstoppa Beowulf Mining PLC:s (”Beowulf Mining”) depåbevis (“Depåbevisen”) idag den 22 mars 2022. Depåbevisen kommer att vara handelsstoppade tills vidare.

Skälet till handelsstoppet är att investerarna inte i tillräcklig omfattning eller på lika villkor har tillgång till information om Beowulf Mining eller Depåbevisen.

Finansinspektionen har underrättats om handelsstoppet och har i enlighet med 22 kap. 1 § lagen (2007:528) om värdepappersmarknaden beslutat att det ska bestå tills vidare.

Trading halt in Beowulf Mining PLC depositary receipt

Spotlight Stock Market (“Spotlight”) has decided to halt the trading in the depositary receipts (the “Depositary Receipts”) of Beowulf Mining PLC (“Beowulf Mining”) today March 22, 2022. The trading halt of the Depositary Receipts will remain until further notice.

The reason for the trading halt is that investors do not have access to sufficient information about the Beowulf Mining or the Depositary Receipts.

The Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority has been notified and in accordance with Chapter 22, section 1 of the Securities Markets Act (2007:528) decided that this trading halt shall remain until further notice.
