Spotlight Stock Market har beslutat att handelstoppa Parans Solar Lighting AB:s (“Bolaget”) aktie och teckningsoptioner (“Finansiella Instrument”) idag den 26 maj 2021. De Finansiella Instrumenten kommer att vara handelsstoppade tills vidare.
Skälet till handelsstoppet är att investerarna inte i tillräcklig omfattning eller på lika villkor har tillgång till information om Bolaget eller de Finansiella Instrumenten.

Finansinspektionen har underrättats om handelsstoppet och har i enlighet med 22 kap. 1 § lagen (2007:528) om värdepappersmarknaden beslutat att det ska bestå tills vidare.

Trading halt in Parans Solar Lighting AB:s share and warrants
Spotlight Stock Market has decided to halt the trading in the shares and the warrants (“Financial Instruments”) of Parans Solar Lighting AB (“Company”) today May 26, 2021. The trading in the Financial Instruments will be halted until further notice.
The reason for the trading halt is that investors do not have access to sufficient information about the Company or the Financial Instruments.
More information is to come from the Company.
The Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority has been notified and in accordance with Chapter 22, section 1 of the Securities Markets Act (2007:528) decided that this trading halt shall remain until further notice.
