Handelsstopp i PharmaLundensis AB:s aktie / Trading halt in PharmaLundensis AB’s share

Spotlight Stock Market har beslutat att handelsstoppa PharmaLundensis AB:s aktie idag den 3 juli 2026. Aktien kommer att vara handelsstoppad tills vidare.  

Skälet till handelsstoppet är:  

  • v. om Bolagets ställning är sådan att fortsatt handel skulle skada investerarnas intressen

Finansinspektionen har underrättats om handelsstoppet och har i enlighet med 22 kap. 1 § lagen (2007:528) om värdepappersmarknaden beslutat att det ska bestå tills vidare. 

Trading halt in PharmaLundensis AB’s share 

Spotlight Stock Market has decided to halt trading in PharmaLundensis AB’s shares today, July 3, 2026. Trading in the shares will remain suspended until further notice.  

The reason for the trading halt is as follows:  

  • v. if the Company’s position is such that continued trading would harm the interests of investors

The Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority has been notified and in accordance with Chapter 22, section 1 of the Securities Markets Act (2007:528) decided that this trading halt shall remain until further notice.
