Handelsstopp i Star Vault AB:s aktie / Trading halt in Star Vault AB:s share

Spotlight Stock Market har beslutat att handelstoppa Star Vault AB:s aktie idag den 2019-11-11. Aktien kommer att vara handelsstoppad tills vidare.

Skälet till handelsstoppet är att investerarna inte i tillräcklig omfattning har tillgång till information om emittenten eller det finansiella instrumentet.

Finansinspektionen har underrättats om handelsstoppet och har i enlighet med 22 kap. 1 § lagen (2007:528) om värdepappersmarknaden beslutat att det ska bestå tills vidare. 

Spotlight Stock Market has decided to halt the trading in the share of Star Vault AB today November 11th, 2019. The trading in the share will be halted until further notice.

The reason for the trading halt is that investors do not have access to sufficient information about the Company or the shares.

The Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority has been notified and in accordance with Chapter 22, section 1 of the Securities Markets Act (2007:528) decided that this trading halt shall remain until further notice.
