Handelsstopp i Tingsvalvet AB

Spotlight Stock Market (”Spotlight”) har beslutat att handelstoppa aktien (TINGS) i Tingsvalvet AB (”Tingsvalvet”) idag den 23 augusti 2022. Handeln i Tingsvalvet kommer att återupptas den 25 augusti 2022 med ny ISIN, aktienamn, kortnamn och FISN kod på grund av en omklassificering av aktien.

Skälet till handelsstoppet är att Spotlight på grund av tekniska skäl bedömer att handelsstopp är nödvändigt.

Trading halt in Tingsvalvet AB 

Spotlight Stock Market (“Spotlight”) has decided to halt the trading of the share (TINGS) in Tingsvalvet AB (“Tingsvalvet”) today August 23, 2022. Trading will be resumed on 25^th August, 2022 with new ISIN code, share name, short name and FISN code due to reclassification of the share.

The reason for the trading halt is that Spotlight deems it necessary to halt trading due to technical reasons.
