Spotlight Stock Market har beslutat att handelstoppa Zenergy AB's aktie idag den 16 april 2021. Aktien kommer att vara handelsstoppad tills vidare.
Skälet till handelsstoppet är att investerarna inte i tillräcklig omfattning eller på lika villkor har tillgång till information om Bolaget eller Aktierna.
Finansinspektionen har underrättats om handelsstoppet och har i enlighet med 22 kap. 1 § lagen (2007:528) om värdepappersmarknaden beslutat att det ska bestå tills vidare.

Trading halt in Zenergy AB’s share
Spotlight Stock Market has decided to halt the trading in the shares of Zenergy AB today April 16, 2021. The trading in the share will be halted until further notice.
The reason for the trading halt is that investors do not have access to sufficient information about the Company or the Shares.
The Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority has been notified and in accordance with Chapter 22, section 1 of the Securities Markets Act (2007:528) decided that this trading halt shall remain until further notice.
