Med anledning av de pressmeddelanden som iApotek Int AB offentliggjort den 27 januari 2021, 3 februari 2021 och 11 februari 2021 bedömer Spotlight att bolaget genomgår en väsentlig förändring varvid bolagets aktie iApotek Int AB (IAPO) flyttas till Spotlights observationslista.
Spotlight kommer löpande pröva möjligheten att återföra iApotek Int AB:s finansiella instrument från observationslistan.

With reference to the press releases that iApotek Int AB published on 27th of January 2021, 3rd of February 2021 and 11th of February 2021 Spotlight assesses that the company is undergoing significant changes and has decided that the shares in iApotek Int AB (IAPO) will be traded on Spotlight´s observation list.
