Market Notice 10/20 – Information regarding the rights issue from Eurocine Vaccines AB

The last day of trading in the company’s shares EUCI including the right to receive unit rights is January 14, 2020. The first day excluding the right to obtain the rights is January 15, 2020.

One (1) share entitles the owner to one (1) unit right. Five (5) unit rights entitle the owner to subscribe for one (1) new unit, at the price of SEK 0,3180.
One unit consist of six (6) new shares and six (6) free subscription options (6:5 á SEK 0,0530). 

Trading with unit rights will take place from January 21, 2020 until January 31, 2020 on Spotlight Stock Market. 

Trading with the paid subscribed units will take place from January 21, 2020 until the registration of the issue at Bolagsverket. 

The subscription period lasts from January 21, 2020 to February 4, 2020.
