The last day of trading in the company’s shares, HAMLET B, including the right to receive subscription rights is January 18, 2024. The first day excluding the right to obtain the rights is January 19, 2024. 

One (1) share entitles the owner to four (4) subscription rights. Seven (7) subscription rights entitle the owner to subscribe for one (1) new share, at the price of SEK 1,12 (4:7 á SEK 1,12).   

The subscription period lasts from January 24, 2024 to February 7, 2024.
