The last day of trading in the company’s shares RESP including the right to receive unit rights is May 30, 2024.The first day excluding the right to obtain the rights is May 31, 2024.

One (1) share entitles the owner to one (1) unit right. Five (5) unit rights entitle the owner to subscribe for one (1) new unit, at the price of SEK 0,49. One unit consist of seven (7) new shares and one (1) free subscription options (7:5 á SEK 0,07). 

The subscription period lasts from June 5, 2024 to June 19, 2024.
