Market Notice 106/20 – Information regarding the rights issue from Cline Scientific AB

The last day of trading in the company’s CLINE B including the right to receive unit rights is May 4, 2020. The first day excluding the right to obtain the rights is May 5, 2020.

One (1) share entitles the owner to one (1) unit right. Three (3) unit rights entitle the owner to subscribe for one (1) new unit, at the price of SEK 2,50. One unit consist of one (1) new share and one (1) free subscription option (1:3 á SEK 2,50). 

Trading with unit rights will take place from May 11, 2020 until May 26, 2020 on Spotlight Stock Market. 

Trading with the paid subscribed units will take place from May 11, 2020 until the registration of the issue at Bolagsverket. 

The subscription period lasts from May 11, 2020 to May 28, 2020.
