The last day of trading in the company’s shares CSEC including the right to receive unit rights is June 14, 2022. The first day excluding the right to obtain the rights is June 15, 2022.

One (1) share entitles the owner to one (1) unit right. Three (3) unit rights entitle the owner to subscribe for five (5) new units, at the price of SEK 0,03. One unit consists of one (1) new share and one (1) free subscription option (5:3 á SEK 0,03). 

The subscription period lasts from June 20, 2022, to July 4, 2022.
