The last day of trading in the company’s shares BRANDB, including the right to receive unit rights is June 5, 2023. The first day excluding the right to obtain the rights is June 7, 2023.

One (1) share entitles the owner to one (1) unit right. Two (2) unit rights entitle the owner to subscribe for one (1) new unit, at the price of SEK 0,05. One unit consist of two (2) new shares, one (1) free subscription option TO 1 and one (1) free subscription option TO 2 (2:2 á SEK 0,025). 

The subscription period lasts from June 12, 2023 to June 26, 2023.
