The last day of trading in the company’s shares EEVIA including the right to receive subscription rights is June 11, 2024. The first day excluding the right to obtain the rights is June 12, 2024. 

One (1) share entitles the owner to one (1) subscription right. Three (3) subscription rights entitle the owner to subscribe for four (4) new shares, at the price of SEK 0,6 (4:3 á SEK 0,6).   

The subscription period in Sweden lasts from June 14, 2024 to June 28, 2024. 

The subscription period in Finland lasts from June 18, 2024 to July 2, 2024.
