The market notice has been updated regarding subscription period, see the company's press release. The subscription period ends July 2, 2024.  

The last day of trading in the company’s shares ECOM including the right to receive subscription rights is June 4, 2024. The first day excluding the right to obtain the rights is June 5, 2024. 

One (1) share entitles the owner to two (2) subscription rights. One (1) subscription right entitles the owner to subscribe for one (1) new share, at the price of SEK 0,12 (2:1 á SEK 0,12).   

The subscription period lasts from June 11, 2024 to July 2, 2024.
