The last day of trading in the company’s shares OMNI including the right to receive subscription rights is June 15, 2023. The first day excluding the right to obtain the rights is June 16, 2023.

One (1) share entitles the owner to seven (7) subscription right. Four (4) subscription rights entitle the owner to subscribe for one (1) new share, at the price of SEK 0,12 (7:4 á SEK 0,12). 

The subscription period lasts from June 21, 2023 to June 30, 2023.
