Market Notice 135/21 – Information regarding the reclassification of shares in Everysport Media Group AB

At the annual general meeting in Everysport Media Group AB on May 24, 2021, it was decided that the company's A-shares would be reclassified as common shares. The common shares will be traded on Spotlight. As there are no B-shares the reclassification will not affect the number of shares traded which will remain as 5 450 339.  

The reclassification means that the common shares will be traded with a new ISIN code, share name, short name, FISN-code and CFI-code. The orderbook-ID will not change. Last day of trading before the reclassification is June 11, 2021.
