Market Notice 135/22 – Correction: Information regarding the reclassification of shares in Tingsvalvet Fastighets AB

Correction: This market notice only concerns the reclassification of share to A shares. Previous market notice stated “Information about the B-share” which was incorrect and is now corrected below.

At the annual general meeting of Tingsvalvet Fastighets AB on August 5, 2022, it was decided that the company´s share will be reclassified as A shares which will be traded on Spotlight Stock Market as of August 25, 2022.

The reclassification means that the A-shares will be traded with a new ISIN code, share name, short name, and FISN-code. The orderbook-ID will not change. Last day of trading before the reclassification is August 24, 2022.
