The last day of trading in the company’s shares AUGEO including the right to receive unit rights is June 26, 2023. The first day excluding the right to obtain the rights is June 27, 2023.

One (1) share entitles the owner to one (1) unit right. One (1) unit right entitle the owner to subscribe for one (1) new unit, at the price of SEK 0,05. One unit consist of ten (10) new shares and five (5) free subscription option (1:10 á SEK 0,005). 
The subscription period lasts from June 30, 2023 to June 14 July, 2023.
