Market Notice 147/20 – Information regarding the rights issue from EasyFill AB

The last day of trading in the company’s shares EASY B including the right to receive unit rights is June 5, 2020. The first day excluding the right to obtain the rights is June 8, 2020. 

One (1) share entitles the owner to one (1) unit right. Fourteen (14) unit rights entitle the owner to subscribe for one (1) new unit, at the price of SEK 3,20. 
One unit consist of four (4) new shares and one (1) free subscription option (4:14 á SEK 0.80).   

Trading with unit rights will take place from June 11, 2020 until June 23, 2020 on Spotlight Stock Market.   

Trading with the paid subscribed units will take place from June 11, 2020 until the registration of the issue at Bolagsverket.   

The subscription period lasts from June 11, 2020 to June 25, 2020.
