Market Notice 156/23: Correction Market Notice 155/23 – Information regarding the rights issue from Syncro Group AB

The correction is regarding the shortname for the unit right and the paid subscribed unit.

The last day of trading in the company’s shares, SYNC B, including the right to receive unit rights is July 12, 2023. The first day excluding the right to obtain the rights is July 13, 2023.

One (1) share entitles the owner to one (1) unit right. Twenty (20) unit rights entitle the owner to subscribe for one (1) new unit, at the price of SEK 1.50.

One unit consist of fifteen (15) new shares and five (5) free subscription options TO5 (15:20 á SEK 0,10). 

The subscription period lasts from July 18, 2023 to July 27, 2023.
