The last day of trading in the company’s shares BRAIN including the right to receive subscription rights is September 29, 2022. The first day excluding the right to obtain the rights is September 30, 2022.

One (1) share entitles the owner to one (1) subscription right. One (1) subscription right entitle the owner to subscribe for one (1) new share, at the price of SEK 1,25 (1:1 á SEK 1,25). 

The subscription period lasts from October 5, 2022 to October 19, 2022.
