One (1) share entitles the owner to one (1) subscription right. One (1) subscription right entitle the owner to subscribe for one (1) new share, at the price of SEK 1,25 (1:1 á SEK 1,25). 

The subscription period lasts from October 14, 2022 to October 28, 2022.
