The last day of trading in the company’s shares MEDF including the right to receive unit rights is August 1, 2023. The first day excluding the right to obtain the rights is August 2, 2023.

One (1) share entitles the owner to one (1) unit right. Seven (7) unit rights entitle the owner to subscribe for four (4) new units, at the price of SEK 1,40. One unit consist of two (2) new shares and one (1) free subscription option (8:7 á SEK 0,70). 

The subscription period lasts from August 7, 2023 to August 21, 2023.
