Market Notice 17/22 – Information regarding the rights issue from Peptonic Medical AB

The last day of trading in the company’s shares PMED including the right to receive unit rights is February 28, 2022. The first day excluding the right to obtain the rights is mars 1, 2022.

Nine (9) shares entitle the owner to one (1) unit right. One (1) unit right entitles the owner to subscribe for one (1) new unit, at the price of SEK 1,98.

One unit consist of three (3) new shares and two (2) free subscription option (3:9 á SEK 0,66). 

The subscription period lasts from March 4, 2022 to March 18, 2022.
