The last day of trading in the company’s shares EEVIA including the right to receive subscription rights is October 25, 2022. The first day excluding the right to obtain the rights is October 26, 2022.

One (1) share entitles the owner to one (1) subscription right. Ten (10) subscription rights entitle the owner to subscribe for nine (9) new shares, at the price of SEK 1,5 (9:10 á SEK 1,50). 

The subscription period lasts from November 1, 2022 to November 15, 2022.
