Pending decision at the Extra General Meeting August 17, 2023 the last day of trading in the company’s shares ARCEDE including the right to receive unit rights is August 18, 2023. The first day excluding the right to obtain the rights is August 21, 2023. 

One (1) share entitles the owner to twentyfive (25) unit rights. One (1) unit right entitle the owner to subscribe for one (1) new unit, at the price of SEK 0,09.  

One unit consist of one (1) new share and one (1) free subscription option (25:1 á SEK 0,09).   

The subscription period lasts from August 24, 2023 to September 8, 2023.
