One (1) share entitles the owner to one (1) unit right. Two (2) unit rights entitle the owner to subscribe for one (1) new unit, at the price of SEK 0,04  One unit consists of five (5) new shares (5:2 á SEK 0,008).   

The subscription period lasts from October 3, 2024 to October 17, 2024.
