The last day of trading in the company’s shares APTA including the right to receive subscription rights is November 14, 2022. The first day excluding the right to obtain the rights is November 15, 2022. 

One (1) share entitles the owner to one (1) subscription right. Seven (7) subscription rights entitle the owner to subscribe for three (3) new share, at the price of SEK 0,40 (3:7 á SEK 0,40).   

The subscription period lasts from November 18, 2022 to December 2, 2022.
