One (1) share entitles the owner to one (1) subscription right. Three (3) subscription rights entitle the owner to subscribe for eight (8) new shares, at the price of SEK 1,5 (8:3 á SEK 1,5).   

The subscription period lasts from October 21, 2024, to November 4, 2024.
