The last day of trading in the company’s shares WNT including the right to receive unit rights is January 9, 2024. The first day excluding the right to obtain the rights is January 10, 2024. 

One (1) share entitles the owner to one (1) unit right. Two (2) unit rights entitle the owner to subscribe for one (1) new unit, at the price of SEK 0,28. One unit consists of four (4) new shares, one (1) free subscription option series TO 7 and one (1) free subscription option series TO 8 (4:2 á SEK 0,07).   

The subscription period lasts from January 15, 2024, to January 29, 2024.
