The last day of trading in the company’s shares ECO B including the right to receive unit rights is September 18, 2023. The first day excluding the right to obtain the rights is September 19, 2023.

One (1) share entitles the owner to one (1) unit right. Six (6) unit rights entitle the owner to subscribe for one (1) new unit, at the price of SEK 0,22. One unit consist of one (1) new share and one (1) free subscription option (1:6 á SEK 0,22). 

The subscription period lasts from September 25, 2023 to October 11, 2023.
