The last day of trading in the company’s shares MoveByBike including the right to receive subscription rights is December 6, 2022. The first day excluding the right to obtain the rights is December 7, 2022.

One (1) share entitles the owner to one (1) subscription right. Five (5) subscription rights entitle the owner to subscribe for four (4) new shares, at the price of SEK 0,80 (4:5 á 0,80 SEK). 

The subscription period lasts from December 9, 2022, to December 23, 2022.
