The last day of trading in the company’s shares IMS including the right to receive subscription rights is October 18, 2021. The first day excluding the right to obtain the rights is October 19, 2021. 

One (1) share entitles the owner to one (1) subscription right. Four (4) subscription rights entitle the owner to subscribe for three (3) new shares, at the price of SEK 2 (3:4 á SEK 2).   

The subscription period lasts from October 22, 2021 to November 5, 2021.
