The last day of trading in the company’s shares ALLT including the right to receive subscription rights is October 6, 2023. The first day excluding the right to obtain the rights is October 9, 2023. 

One (1) share entitles the owner to one (1) subscription right. Eleven (11) subscription rights entitle the owner to subscribe for four (4) new shares, at the price of SEK 2,50 (4:11 á SEK 2,50).   

The subscription period lasts from October 12, 2023 to October 26, 2023.
