The last day of trading in the company’s shares ZOOM including the right to receive unit rights is October 28, 2024. The first day excluding the right to obtain the rights is October 29, 2024. 

One (1) share entitles the owner to one (1) unit right. Three (3) unit rights entitle the owner to subscribe for one (1) new unit, at the price of SEK 1,1
