The last day of trading in the company’s shares RISK including the right to receive unit rights is October 6, 2023. The first day excluding the right to obtain the rights is October 9, 2023. 

One (1) share entitles the owner to one (1) unit right. Thirteen (13) unit rights entitle the owner to subscribe for one (1) new unit, at the price of DKK 15,6.  

One unit consist of twelve (12) new shares (12:13 á DKK 1,30).   

The subscription period lasts from October 11, 2023 to October 24, 2023.
