Referring to the decision at Renewable Ventures Nordic AB’s extraordinary meeting December 9, 2022, the last day of trading in the Company’s share including the right to dividend in kind of shares in Renewable Ventures Nordic 2 AB will be December 14, 2022. The record date is December 16, 2022.

One (1) share in the Company Renewable Ventures Nordic AB entitles the owner the right to one (1) share in Renewable Ventures Nordic 2 AB.
