The last day of trading in the company’s shares RESP including the right to receive subscription rights is March 14, 2022. The first day excluding the right to obtain the rights is March 15, 2022.

One (1) share entitles the owner to one (1) subscription right. Thirty (30) subscription rights entitle the owner to subscribe for eleven (11) new shares at the price of SEK 0,57 per share (11:30 á SEK 0,57).

The subscription period lasts from March 18, 2022 to April 1, 2022.
