The last day of trading in the company’s shares SYNC including the right to receive unit rights is February 6, 2024. The first day excluding the right to obtain the rights is February 7, 2024 

One (1) share entitles the owner to one (1) unit right. Three (3) unit rights entitle the owner to subscribe for one (1) new unit, at the price of SEK 0,30 SEK.  

One unit consist of five (5) new shares, five (5) free subscription option of series TO 6 and five (5) free subscription option of series TO 7, (5:3 á 0,06 SEK).   

The subscription period lasts from February 12, 2024, to February 26, 2024.
