One (1) share entitles the owner to one (1) unit right. Two (2) unit rights entitle the owner to subscribe for one (1) new unit, at the price of SEK 0,50.  

One unit consist of one (1) new shares and one (1) free subscription option (1:2 á SEK 0,50).   

The subscription period lasts from October 27, 2023 to November 10, 2023.
