The last day of trading in the company’s shares Spotlight Group AB including the right to receive subscription rights is December 22, 2022. The first day excluding the right to obtain the rights is December 23, 2022.

One (1) share entitles the owner to one (1) subscription right. Fifteen (15) subscription rights entitle the owner to subscribe for two (2) new shares, at the price of SEK 25,00 (2:15 á SEK 25,00). 

The subscription period lasts from December 29, 2022 to January 12, 2023.
